Sourdough, My husband and I were unable to attend the Puyallup fair the first eight day's this last fall,and we didn't realize that your time there was limited to those first few day's. I don't know who was more dissapointed me or him. We didn't attend the fair at all last year and were really anticipating our seeing you this last fall, Oh well! Do you know at all ahead of time how many performances that you will have in the fall of 2003.We absolutely must see you at the Puyallup Fairgrounds this coming fall. A couple fans, missing you in Puyallup.

Hello Sourdough. Just wanted to tell you that I have loved the cds I bought from you and have converted several friends to the SOURDOUGH cause. Imagine the smug grins on the faces of several people who think they are too "cool" (insert "close-minded" and maybe "insecure" if you like) to enjoy vintage style cowboy songs and yodeling. The ones who are REALLY with it just about lost their minds after the first two or three songs! The rest are lost in a sea of confusion and self doubt. If you got a bug up your #@%, then nothing can kill it like a shot of yodeling. One friend of mine moved from Tennessee to California last Spring (by UHAUL, not covered wagon) and credits your cds with keeping him awake and alert and happy during the long drive across the desert. Look for another cowboy Christmas card from me again this year. Its the least I can do since I have the gift of your music year round. Ride on, 'puncher!

Sourdough, My brother and I first saw your show about five years ago at the Cotati Accordion Festival. Last year we brought our whole family and several cousins to see you in Bear Valley, California. They're a tough bunch, but we were laughing so hard our faces hurt (honest!). I love your music, your wit and your show and try to see you every time I make it back to the West. We played a half dozen of your songs at our wedding party here in Tokyo, and I've had requests from some of my new Japanese cousins for your CDs. Just wanted to let you know what a JOY you have been to my autistic, multi handicapped 19 year old son. We went to see you in Truckee many years ago and purchased a tape. He absolutely SCREAMS AND JUMPS UP AND DOWN with delight each and everytime (and yes, we probably know the words to your songs now as well as you do!) he listens to the tape and can't have the volume turned high enough. So, wanted to let you know that you have an extremely diverse fan base and keep making those CD's! Glad we found your website!

I am 13 years old, play soccer, baseball, and cowboy music. Some of my favorite music is yours. I met you at one of your concerts in Modesto when you were signing autographs & selling tapes. Prairie Flower & Cactus Bob were there too. I hope to hear you in concert again. I'm saving up to try to get tickets for the tour date of July 13, with the Saddle Pals, in Modesto at the Lotus Garden, and maybe for the Cowboy Music & poetry Show in Oakdale, up the road, and just around the corner, on April 12.
